HAN Invites You to the Rio Negro!

Our tour didn’t take us to the Amazon, but to the grounds of the Rio Negro Canoe Station in Schötmar. On August 11, 2023, the entire HAN team from production, logistics, and administration gathered at the Rio Negro Canoe Station to spend a fun day by the water.

The program included canoeing, archery, and an evening barbecue. On this “Olympic” day, the weather even favored the non-swimmers and the relaxed, sun-loving team members, as the idyllic location right on the Bega River was perfect for chilling and soaking up the sun.

Together, we navigated the rapids of the Bega and Werre, braved some tricky plants, and worked as a team to get the canoes out of the water. After so much activity, everyone was hungry and thirsty. Luckily, our grill master did not disappoint, serving up plenty of treats straight from the barbecue.

We had a fantastic day, and despite wet feet, a few thorny bush encounters, and some soaked caps, everyone had a lot of fun. THANK YOU, HAN!!!
