  • Self-responsible all-round management as part of a sales team for national and international customers and online platforms
  • Preparation of quotations and follow-up by telephone and e-mail
  • Order entry and complaint processing
  • Preparation of product range- and competition analyses
  • Coordinating customer-specific requirements with the sales-, marketing- and e-commerce team
  • Close cooperation with the Key Account Manager and the Head of Sales
  • Development and management of sales promotion actions as well as supporting our customers in implementing them professionally and on time
THESE QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING WITH YOU
  • Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Committed, independent and team-oriented way of working
  • Good structuring and analytical skills
  • Affinity and interest in e-commerce and stationary retail
  • Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration within a team in a dynamic market environment
  • Good English language skills
  • Target and customer-oriented way of working
